A successful Quality Program is maintained by establishing clear and open communications within the JCB LLC organization, its subcontractors and the customer. Clear and continual communication starts during the planning phaseand is maintained throughout the project. Internally, comprehensive plans and schedules are established with internal metrics in order to identify variance. Externally, schedules are established with our customers to ensure periodic briefing and updates. When issues are identified that affect any aspect of our performance and/or impacts our customer …we provide timely updates.

The meeting, in addition to status and metrics reporting, provide our customers an opportunity for feedback. Our customers can feel confident that any quality issues received by JCB LLC, and its sub-contractors, will be acted upon immediately with open discussion and timely resolution. We will work directly with our customers to insure the problems are fully understood and that the appropriate solutions are implemented.
